Some players may encounter lag

with deep regret our data center has been facing some technical issues resulting in lag for some players. as a note not all players is effected, those effected vary depending on where you are physically located (which country you are in). i personally appologize for this inconvinience, and we are doing everything we can (except throwing eggs) to help solve the problem with our data center.
we have an insurance policy in which if any players who have suffered losses of planets due to this lag we will compensate them.
lag has been recorded at around (roughly) the following times, each lag session lasting about 5 minutes
o 2006-04-07 11.30 AM
o 2006-04-07 9.00 AM
o 2006-04-07 4.00 AM
how to claim compensation
to claim compensation: Help Center > Ask/Post > Problem > Enter `Server Lag`
copy and paste the losses from Command > Military > Battle Log (which must contain Date, Attacker, Defender, Outcome or planet lost)
remember to post this from your account, if you have multiple accounts login to individual accounts to report.
also due to give us time to validate and verify this, and to add the planets back to your account.
again although the data center is not under our control, i appologize to all players who have encountered this lag and was effected it lag.
