Collective
Collective build rates on Slopp, Brigantine, Man o war Pinnace dropped for minor collective nerf and 30% capture added to snow and schooner to encourage use.
Pinnace and Sloop being the already good ships they are were left with no capture ability
A. Miner
Lictor
Many wanted a lictor nerf so we tried to do it whilst preserving the essence of the ship as a kinda G Class bringing down absorption shield (which all G class are low in, and also Ionized Hull)

Livid and Livid(r)
Both boosted by 1 range
Shields altered +10% to absorption +15% to ECM -20% from Ionized with the unreversed livid getting an extra 10% on top of all these
Scanner dropped to 2750 on (r) and thus PR dropped to 12,513
PR dropped to 13,013 on original livid with scanner left the same, this is to reflect the livids unique place as a non buildable ship and being the original its meant to be better this is one way to reflect that

eclips 99+ day(s) ago | yep yep, my compliments for the updates, allthough I rather saw 1.03 back still...
There is still a lot more too do about this game thou, like fixing the many bugs and balancing this game out more, and possibly a new race or missions for virals and collectives aswell...
but FINALLY something is done again to get this game back up the rail again :D

Collective still don`t have the answer to K Hun Li ( will Bark ever be touched? ), and by reducing our build rates, especially sloop, brig again confine us to fighting in some lower PR limits. I`d rather you take away the capture ability of schooner and bring back 40 sloops per turn.
11k sloops, 16k MOW, 16k Brigantine per turn renders us unable to fight too high up, or to respond to high counter attacks :/ In addition we have no capital ship so it is essential for us to have slightly higher build rates for smaller classes of ships. |
