I vote the removal of enslavement on these 48 hour servers, they are to slow and its nearly impossible to free yourselfs.
Then someone was talking about Counter-Attack cheating, i think this concept applies here too, where players abuse the enslavement by going on an enslaving spree then VMing at higher powers. Enslavement is also abused cause it prevents you attacking or counter attacking the person who enslaved you, then they free you only to re-enslave you.
Also i would also like to suggest if one fed is at war with another enslavement ive seen is higher than with others on the server, sorry but isnt that fishy in itself. So i do believe players at fed war with each other abuse this more than those who are not at war.
Also remind you im suggesting this for 48 hour DP servers, this could apply to the faster servers as well but its not impossible to free yourself on faster servers and you got more turns and possiblity to do so (free yourself from enslavement). |

:P Difference, I only buy some minerals, I leave the rest on the market for others, I eat up food for those empires, and I may just UW one of these days if I have the time and inclination. Oh, and I don`t care if people enslave me, as long as they don`t punish my empire, then they`re toast. I gave away the planets because I hated to plunder them, not so that people wouldn`t enslave me :P (PS, this is RT, in TB servers, if you enslave me, I probably couldn`t get away anyway, my empires are too young for serious building...then again, maybe I could and just don`t care :P) |

Anyway everyone is entitled to their own opinion truth of the matter is ... New UC was designed as the economy game where you can also buy your way to the top and etc.. and GC was left as a war game.. personally i would like to see GC improved as a war game not changed over to a UC clone in some way shape or form... enslavement is one of the founding features inside GC as well..
if you don`t like enslavement then go another race simple as that.. but that isn`t good enough i suppose eh? |

there issue is people going into VM on turnbased keeping them as slaves , solution is for this not to work.

99+ day(s) ago | i suffer knowing how effing awesom your empire is, i want it ( i could fight from login to logout and make money , i could dominate the entire gamespeed perhaps ). and you have alot of respect for it. but you dont use it to actually play GC , you just leech everything then it dissapears into thin air... , and the only part of GC that gets in your way is enslavery ( no idea why , is it your pride or fear of people seeing your income / getting a slice ) i doubt they could be active enough to keep up with emptying there slave cap to keep up with you filling it myself...
if we all try and get rid of the bad apples that get in our way we end up with UC. ( an economic game , with carebear fighting here and there )
your empire is proof that GC cant even support one player who is 100% economy.
now as said below , your very very vocal about removing / changing this one aspect of the game that hinders your Wrong / Pointless / endless / game destroying method of play...
artifact attacks are useless against you.
normal attacks are useless against you ( infact at one stage you were deliberately putting nice planets to tempt people to do this instead of enslave )
the only things that hinder you are enslave attacks and UW`s and dang are you loud about the both...
what comes after removing the both of em eh?
i keep losing clusters to people stronger than me , remove the attack button
i dig site keeps collapsing or i cant make it ontime for digs , hell lets remove artifacts all together
yay now we can all make money and hit the cap in everything , then brag to eachother about who is richer...

why something in RL can be used in the game and getting the same result at the end...
anyway, one thing i learned frm SFGC (that i took example frm the great country called USA)...
economic superiority is the top priority...
next, economic sanction where your enemies can`t buy the sources to build their arsenal...
then, with stable economy you can build any ship as many as you want as long your money permits...
and IF your enemies are having plenty of money reserved, hit them hard with MDs until they can`t even build anything anymore...
i can add more but it`s pointless...
so which part of economic 101 can`t be used as a weapon in warfare?
