This is an agruement that still goes on in chat today who really is the better game. Uc get the spot light and updates all the time and is the better space simulator but is it really the better game. I say heck no GC is the better game.

I preferred GC when it was dynamic and we got updates. Not UC gets all the attention, but I dont find UC very challenging. |

99+ day(s) ago | Just to show how UC is easy, for those who will understand, I maxed both ministers, around level 1100 each one, in 5 days as A.miner, then restart. Got 10 systems level X, 500k planets, max money, 100 bill food in more 3 days as a terran. Researched everything in the tech tree in another day. Then I gave up defending my empire because UC is incompatible with stacking.
I could have bought my way up the ranks in less than a day though. |

99+ day(s) ago | threads like this have existed since way back in mid 04. its entirely a matter of opinion. I personally prefur gc because i know the people here and have been around since the start of 04. Uc is a bit too complex and the way you can just restart and retain things is kinda silly IMO.

this game has very limited player interaction. don`t say it doesn`t..the only time I see other pople is when I attack them..and even then it only lasts for the one click that says `Confirm Attack`
GC could be so much better, if
A. The veterans allowed for some change, every1 nags for this update, and u get a fresh set of eyes on the game, that suggests something, and they get called a n00b, or not-smart..etc.etc
B. Stephen is too caught up with UC..and I don`t blame him..I would to...he prolly don`t get bagged on so much, |

99+ day(s) ago | GC was best before UC got all the attention and updates. Ok, I dont play UC and I have more or less stopped playing GC too. It is lots of other games out there that actually are updated and fun - so why stay on playing? |
