i attacked twice coz he was still out of DP after the 1st attack... i won 1st attack but defeated on 2nd... and i`m wondering how did he lost a colony coz i didn`t notice he had any colony at all b4 i attack him... lol... |

99+ day(s) ago | I believe the reason for it is that the system does not allow you to attack anyone with a pr of 5k or less, whilst the `not protected` message is called for any empire not in dp with a pr of 5k or above.. if that makes sense |
