In my first year of playing SF i gained over 5k wins, however in the last year i have noticed a steady decline of targets
Something i blame on a stale update process, lack of minerals, a minimal advertising campaign, and also many old players leaving bitter about the direction that this game has taken
Therefore i am terminating ALL NAP`S
This includes any members from the following feds and more:-
ThunDerDogs
DISTEMPER
RABIES
ChronicConquest
KnightsOfAvalon
TERMITE
BastardClan
and any others who HAD prior arrangements with me these are null and void
Any agreement is strictly to be made before any battle commences by PM
This notice will take in effect 24 hrs from now
Pls if this does not concern do not flame or criticise, the forum is a medium to contact a large number of ppl, so i apologise if this does not affect you

99+ day(s) ago | AGM has touched on a good point, Base power, once you reach a certain point you have cut out half the server. Planets are both good and bad. If you are a good player and gain a big empire at the same time you cut off half of your targets. It would be nice if some kind of equity for base power where incorpporated in the new update. Maybe so many of the large planet holders wouldn`t stay in VM so often.... |

That would be the people from Tempest.
Last time we decided to check, there were a whole 4 NAP`s between all of Tempest. Fed members aside.
And this was during our high point when we were all at High pr, and had 21 members. |

99+ day(s) ago | well since i can only be bothered to come on sf and play maybe once or twice a week and only when there are a group of enemies above me to go after its rare for me to have to worry about allies around anyway.
My base pr also keeps me in top 40-50 now anyway which limits me to rarely have more than 10 out of dp players that are allies or enemies anyway so its hardly worth bothering to fight anyway |

The only fed alliances i have agreed to for RABIES are DISTEMPER and TERMITE you could possibly add CC atm although RABIES have no agreement between the feds so im not sure how you worked out half the server from that |

Anyway having alot of naps or being allied with half the active players on the server is the same ole dunge. *notes does not apply to DP*

99+ day(s) ago | I feel that it is a good time to do the same thing so i will remove all NAP`s excluding a few good friends and any current fed alliances.
I originally planned to have no NAP`s but i slowly gained more and more and i have lots now :S |
