I must say, those brackets are really confusing.

When I behindyzed the plundering, I broke it down this way:
1. Planet count: $13,333.333... per planet
2. Land Utility: Each utility score is worth $366.666... This score is determined by built infrastructure on the colony multiplied by itself, divided by amount of land.
3. Population: $166.66... per population

Add these up, and then adjust for race:
For you and other collectives, the total will be tripled.
For marauders, the total will be multiplied by 5.
For terrans, the total will be halved.
For miners, the total will be divided by 20.
For virals and guardians, the total will be divided by 100.

Plunder income

[([ 5500 x (total infra)^2 ] / (total land) ) + ([housing x (10 + research lvl)] x 2500) + (200000 x (planets)] / 15) x (race mod) = plunder money
