i think that the guardian race should the ability to make the planets have no base power then we would still have a low base power when we get a lot of pop |

99+ day(s) ago | The base power of a standard planet is 1000. You get 1 pr per 10 pop. so if you have a U.large with 1mil people on it. You have 100k PR from the pop and 1k PR from the planet. is the extra 1k REALLY gona make a huge difference to your battles? |
