99+ day(s) ago | You sit and wait....depending on which server you are playing on u accumalate an extra turn for x minutes...for instance on Fast its 1 extra turn every 5mintues...RT is faster..Slow...well its obviously slower.
Or if you have artifacts like an STC(small time capsule) you can use that and it will give you 10 extra turns.
