99+ day(s) ago | well, considereing any positive thing you have in your empire counts towards some bonus when finding artifacts, i`m guessing that loyalty probly does help. |

99+ day(s) ago | ok besides making trax income go up loyalty CAN give u limited extra luck when digging for artifacts though this isnt properly confirmed though i believe it helps personally (so i recomend u raise ur u. spezial loyalty to 5,000 for best results when digging)
here is the tax formula as it stands atm:
Tax (GC)
(pop / 2) + ( ( pop x loyalty / 5000) x racial attribute)
this taxation is calculated individually for each and every planet, so an average (or
overall) calculation may be slightly different.
