First Dig for them ""EXCAVATION DIG ""
Then you can use what you dig up or fuse your artifacts together to make better ones.
To fuse Artifacts u need 600 Turn ""Capsule Lab"" researched. Then go to ur projects & find that Capsule Lab & then research some more & invest a bit of money into it. Then that takes 3 days until you can use ur Lab to fuse artifacts together. Fusing artifacts together takes 5 lesser artifacts & fuses them into 1 better artifact.

As for how to use them. go to ""ARTIFACTS"" under the research or science section & open that up. it will show all the artifacts u dug up or fused together. Simple pick one out. TYPE the empire name you want to use it on & then submit it/ use it on that empire u typed in |

99+ day(s) ago | The kalzul artifact which im sure is what you are refering to can be found in the projects page under the title "Kalzul Hectar" this however is not something i recomend that you activate as it means you attempt to take over the galaxy. |
