I`m thinking on how to make my game, its gonna be for spacefed players.
most likely it`ll have to be text based so i can make it on a website, I need to gather info though before I`m ready, anyone got any ideas? I`m going to try to get as detailed and close to spacefed gc/rt as possible, there will be a fed section for your feds members, private chat, full rankings for all registered members, etc. somehow I`ll have to rank players on the site according to their stats on spacefed, this is a good opportunity to see your creativity for spacefed be put in effect. well, im gonna start the site now, but first i need a name.... anyone think of a good spacefed name for a game? hmm.... Spacefed Control, Galactic Grounds, hmm... I need more time. Also, I was wondering if anyone knew of web based browser applications for makin games, spacefeds a browser based game so what program runs it??? maybe i could incorporate some kinda browser features too... |

Well not many players play the game because its quite hard.
You could always do some advertising and get new players to join. make a much more simple understandable help guide/manual or something. put more noticeable little tutorial features on each page that can be turned off by older players ext...
Really, this is a good idea and all now. (sort of) but i doubt it will work out. Ide give 50% chance depending on how determined you all are. |

99+ day(s) ago | lol TGK, yea good point, but think how many players left over the years because the admins didnt update the game enough and give them closely to what they want (since the federation feature and new forum). so if we made a game to contribute to, not replace spacefed, we could make anything we wanted and wouldnt have to sit around. for example, if wed like to see a few feds combined as one to fight another fed that has just as many people, we could run a script that uses all spacefeds calculations for planet count, attacking, etc. though there would be a problem with people telling the truth about there fleets when their submitting, but if a way around that, someone could make a simulator to calculate a large scale battle for the players fleets in there feds. i gotta lot of ideas, so when my site gets going ill start a forum just for this. its www.spacefedcapital.aowc.net (please wait until i put a disclaimer in the forum about this site, it is not finished) |

99+ day(s) ago | TPE, you truly are quite stu pid. Programming something like GC DOES take a bit of effort, and time. Also, you must take into consideration the cost of buying, setting up, and maintaining the servers. And a whole list of other things.

99+ day(s) ago | look uberpansy, the reason noone plays anymore (gc/rt?) is because of the consistency, new players cant realize what work has been put into this game, therefore we only have the regular same old players (no offense) but we need new developement like any company to rekeep organization and tendmenship, thats why i`m making my own headquarters, you can access it it in about a month, its www.spacefedcapital.aowc.net, for loyal participants willing to enterprise in expanding the galacatic conquest, (none of that unification wars bull ****, i havnt tried it neitheir do i care to.lol) pm me if your interested in moderation of websites or have any thoughts/ideas for the site. 99+ day(s) ago | The reason I would need financing is because of the TIME it would take to do it. I currently have a full time job. To be able to really put in the effort it would take to recreate this game, I wouldn`t be able to work, and therefore would need income replacement. I could do it in my free time, but as anyone who has ever chatted with me knows, I not only have that full time job (which is a night job), I also have 3 children, 2 of which are under the age of 2 (another full time job). I usually am lucky to get 4 hours of sleep at night. So I could recreate the game in my free time, but that would probably take oh, 2 years to accomplish.
So there`s a couple of choices if anyone is serious about having me clone this game. A.) I can do it in my free time and have it done when nobody even plays the game anymore, or B.) You can finance me, and we could probably see a beta up and running in a couple of months.

99+ day(s) ago | An exe program, for a skilled programmer can do it for free instead of going through those homo game craters that organize everything. Making a web is not cheap so making it a program and puting it on uploading sites is free but not though lets hope she dont want money for that. |
