Tired of fighting off superior races that just spam the usual borrs or the ruby,tourm, hunli, or the terran herc,nirv,tyr ... in any stack i do that is even +125% their fleet i lose, and of course i stack nicely some of the time, wehn i can get 400 turns and still lose 3 cols and have my fleet wipedout about 75-80% ... im tired of aspha ships not being able to hold ground to any of it, so so long aspha, never playing it |

99+ day(s) ago | miners can win if they spam and attack on careful most of the time, thats whats ive seen most commonly, f.axe, flysch, some others, attack on careful, its difficult to lose
so those people who like tooting their good miner stacking horns, ive never seen a STACK done successfully, a few nice half spams and several pure flysch spams for the offense
HOWEVER, there was one miner whose name escapes me who i could never kill, what a great defense, full stack too, he sat around 4mil PR all the time... i would tip my hat to that guy anyday ;) |

99+ day(s) ago | i did that once omeg, didnt use that tactics the first 3 times, so shut your trap...the last empire i did so because we needed more high pr empires fast as BC was fighting a big war against 5-6 full feds without us having any allies... |

99+ day(s) ago | Species, i had a base pr of 200 and i was fighting guards and virals at only -129 to 149+% ... i never really countered at 50 mil pr ... No reason when that would just make me win, then someone high just hits that i never get to counter ...
TBK, I know Drew, I know Loof and others that were big miners, all did the get many attacks low, gather counters and then rebuild counters ...
Im a pure fighter, more skill thus needed :P
And no species i use multiple ships other than not-smart aspha ships |

I just don`t have the time these dayz to build stacksfor 10 hours everyday
so i choose an easy race aka viral so i can build quickly log off and still have some fleet in the morning |

99+ day(s) ago | TBK some miners like drew, ishy, loof and myself cound go toe to toe with virals at even PR and walk away with 2-3 colonies on the offensive. it doiesnt need the ranks to be controled by the fed your in, just skill at knowing when to waste several hours building past 10 mill and when you see someone out to ge ya drop and take out a newbiey.
also if ur smart u use ur missions for emergency borders to protect the clusters should u ever stuff up.
yes getting 100+ low pr counters and getting 2-3 c2`s explored then collecting counters is tghe easy way to do it but wen i was miner at my peak i only got 100 of my 297 planets from counters, all the rest i got from slugging it out toe to toe with viral spammers, terrans and guard and the occasinal miner that decided building 10 mill pr kyros was a good idea.
ion short if u know wat to expect wen ur getting hit u will know how to stack with miner but its a pain in the butt race that takes forever to build to high prs and chances are if u stuffed up the placement u will get wiped out in an instant.
sad to see u go mate and u will be missed. i always enjoyed battling u wenever we met no matter the race u were.

99+ day(s) ago | Miners need fed support or powerfull alies to prevail. If BC had an active miner right now i`m he/she would have well over 300 planets and be good on borders
Miners are not agressive they get their plaet through high power counters
lose 1 or 2 colonies fighting at low power
cash in a counter later in the week while fedmates control top ranks and get 3 colonies perhaps even clusters if you catch them off guard
Miner is not easy because it s a race that requires thinking and out smarting you opponent into a false sense of security
I use to whck lorddrewski all the time get 1-2 colonies just to find myself down 3 colonies when he hit me with an urber counter |
