hey,
you know a lot of folks are always complaining about the shortage of minerals on RT server because the rich folks are always buying em out.
i got a temporary solution to this problem. =)
everyone just make a ton of major dineros, and then start lobbing them at whoever is in the top 10 highest PRs (above 10 million PR usually)
what this will do is starve the richest empires of cash, and force them to either disband their fleets or else force them to dump more minerals on the market. =D
All of a sudden, the richest empires will be the biggest sellers of minerals instead of the richest buyers on the market. =D |

99+ day(s) ago | there is no such thing as a money shortage on RT (the main server with the mineral problems) for the simple fact that once u get set up money is never an issue, its just ur not making as much as the guy next to u, thats all. you only go into debt if u do something INSANLY silly like buy 20,000 terran scouts and research all day. that will drain most of their creds and into billions of debt
the thing with minerals is its a `back up income source` so that if u do screw up and buy 20k scouts and research all day b4 realising (ive done it b4 dont laugh...though i did) you have minerals to sell to make some fast cash should the need arise.
now most empires like to have heaps of cash on them. others like the have heaps of minerals on them. others like a mix of both. thats how they run their empires. i suggest the half half approch so that if u do get hit with artifacts you can shrug off the effects and continue on and make it bak in short order or not bother and keep going as u know u have got a load of creds locked in minerals that will always sell at 1k per pretty much. |

99+ day(s) ago | one problem take me for example i have much less than 80 billion cash and about 1 trillion in minerals so your major dineros are gonna set me back about oh 4 hours lol not worth wasting them on me better go with the rich list get those who dont buy minerals all the time atleast get the good out of your artis |

will takew a long while for most to get that. in that time iit would be expected that they would have a grasp of the game and realise its a bad idea of an over tired guides to actually suggest it in the first place lol |

No the artis are part of the problem, throwing artis at the top empires won`t solve anything, it will only amplfy the problem. |

the solution isnt a soluion, its a mild irritant for them that will grant u an insane number or arties/historia and othe rnasty arties ti be liobbed bak at you and they will continue to buy out the market just cois they ca.
but thats just my opinion...also ever heard of strafez spams? all u need is 10 mill or so strafez and u can build to several hundred mill pr with an upkeep of uinder a few mill |

99+ day(s) ago | sure they can do the same, but if i dont have much money to begin with and at base PR, then i dont have much to lose either (esp if i keep most of the cash in minerals). =D
anyways, this is only aimed at high PR terran/viral empires. making a billion might not be a problem, but i think making a billion at 15 million PR IS a bit of a problem :P
oh, and i`m just suggesting this light heartedly. i`ve been in VM for months on RT server as its really gotten pretty boring for me.
