basicly they have all ship build capabilities , however not using NPC ships
these 2 will actively be coming out of DP for the next 48 hours with randomly selected stacks that they have been PM`d
depending on the results of the stack chosen a reward will be given to both the atacker and the stack chooser , the artifacts in question depend in the empire PM`d
how its going to work
PM empire : Treat / Trick
Suggested PR : Low / High / Middle
( low pr will be 200k - 2m , middle will be 2m - 20m , high will be 20m+ )
naturally you can only state low middle or high , you cannot give exact PR`s
then simply:

so your layout will be pretty simple.
artifacts and planets will depend on the empire in question , treat will give things like regalo while trick will give things like historia
for both the atacker and the stack maker the artifacts given will depend on the battle results , things like wipe outs , stacks, amount of hits etc will have affects
some rules these will follow
1. if spammed they will hibernate for longer periods of time each time , no reward will be given , but maybe punishments
2. they wont atack
3. they wont change stack till defeated / given dp so if a stack is chosen and nobody hits the thing it will just sit there till its been defeated / dp`d atleast once. |

99+ day(s) ago | asmodai was going to be a perminent event but its dp outing went over a month and every time it popped out it just got spammed , i aint holding such an event for someone to exploit so easily hence rules of increased dp time each time its spammed , this event still has another 30 or so hours , however im going to bed right now , ive already spent / dedicated a full day that i wanted to do other stuff in, to the event and will do the same tomorrow , its may be fun your end but its time consuming mine and right Zzz is needed |
