I, by my definition, did not spam him... i had a half stack, or 5 ships relatively close in pr.... I lost about 11.7% of my fleet...
the main reasons i lost were; my fodder hit his queen, which seemed to escape all of my other ships afterwards...
and i had just countered shibumi who had very nice dummies and i was too lazy to rebuild what he had killed, so i just left 1 turn or so of each ship...
And as Drunken mentioned... i wasn`t going after gcl`s planets or borders, or even a win... though i did plunder three to hit him, i`m not worried about borders and i know gcl has nothing good exposed... my main goal was to use the counter while i still had it and maybe kill off some of his fleet to discourage him from building... thus i feel my mission was accomplished. I just felt so n00bish afterwards i had to share it with you all, as i know most of you like to have more evidence to prove it, even though i`ve never denied it =)
I`ll post the stack i had once i get it changed up a little more if any of you really want me too =P
and i would definitely appreciate gcl not posting it my stack, his was destroyed and there was no harm in posting it that i could see... unless someone is studying gcl`s stacking to beat him, but that is a far stretch i think...
most likely he`s already shown it to most the people who would be building to hit me. |
