Collective got powerful ships & a good mixture of them now in days. but they are limited as a race to explore & borders... so they wont be a top race ever but a challenging low power race who rule the lower ranks well if you ask me.
i think collective should have a new empire in the STORY LINE lol.. A.miner get wiped anyways |
