Sorry to all you RT fellas out there, but turn-based GC isn`t the same game as RT. Where RT is about being online, turn-based is about planning the use of your limited number of turns wisely.
This isn`t just about picking a team of players that you think each individual is an awesome player. That`s all and good, but also consider the playing styles... it was mentioned in the other all-star post, but only vaguely. Consider what each team needs - your team should have all of this. The most successful federations are the ones that are a group of a wide variety of players, so they can call upon the unique aspects each player brings to the game. The moneymaker, the crazy fighter, the artifact x... whatever aspect you want, but make sure that you think that those aspects work together.
I`d also like an explanation for why you think your team would dominate all any other team that anybody else could come up with. :) |

I demand that one of us be included in the list. Every all star team needs a collective....just wouldn`t be the same without a mechanical chef around to produce rotten tasting food and assimilating all who complain about the cooking. :P |

These names are the first one to mention because I am already playing well with them, with deiloche for his planning (and my planning, two of my accounts were designed to help), DK and Loof because they are pretty good by all means, gilead, omegian and gronoria because our team play is pretty decent. There are other names of course, but these are the ones who pop up first. One big taxer and one big agri empire will make much more than two commercial empires so economical symbiosis is very important. |
