1) Enough posts, not spams. One helps, the other hinders.
Be known.
2) You don`t go around pissing too many feds or people off. In other words, you need to be able to develop the level of charisma whereby you attack people, and then they thank you for putting them in DP.
Be nice.
3) Apart from credits, you need lots of coffee. Building for a UW takes 2 days and defending it takes another 2.
Be up all night x4.
4) 10B is chump change. You need to be able to flush 25B down the tube on a regular day and not feel it.
Be rich.
5) Don`t go around sending messages to people asking for artifact donations 1 week prior to your UW.
Be discreet. |

3) 100 in one are of research? Who told you that, again talking about RT... Find someone with 100 infra on slow or normal that has done UW... Loof did it with 22 :P |

99+ day(s) ago | To make the UW you first need to research and build the two halves. Once you do, the UW will begin. For 48 hours all power restrictions in attacking the UW holder will be lifted. Your DP time will also be greatly reduced. If you can survive for 48 hours, the UW will go off and everone not in your fed will loose 90% of their cash and resources.
Generally, setting of the UW requires at least level 100 in one area of econ research, and 50 billion credits. |
