may i suggest that we have an external email that can be accessed by GMAs rather to go through SFGC/UC`s servers or even gamestotal`s servers... incase some of us can`t access to the server/s at all, just like what happened to some of us frm Malaysia earlier...
IF such prob will occur to some of us in any part of the world, as long they can access the internet, they can inform the GMAs to freeze their acc until the situation back to normal... perhaps this prob only will be faced by certain players frm certain part of the world and the rest are normal...
and if it`s gonna be implemented, i hope the emergency external email/s addy can be posted in the login page OR anywhere that easily accessible or easily remembered...

as for @spacefed.com, are both spacefed.com and gamestotal.com tied together? coz earlier i tried to use spacefed.com and it was not accessible too... |
