99+ day(s) ago | if u really want to stick at low power, then i would say u no need any c.1 2 or 3. u just need a barren. cause barren is +100 and C1 is +10 and C2 +20.
so on one to one comparison isn`t a barren or forest better for mining and arg... and by having only colonies your pr rating will be real low compare to what u own now |

if i used up all my land i had... i would be around 300 maybe 350k base power which isnt bad but haha that must mean i got sucky land size with over 200 planets lol... i will say i won a C2 with 25k land... now part of a bad looking C3 lol... |
