If you build up to full pr and someone attacks you and you capture some ships will it let your pr go up ??? |

99+ day(s) ago | if you`re at max pr and you counter someone or get countered and you are able to capture non neutral ships that have a greater total pr then what you loose in the battle then yes your pr will go up. |

battles are not affected
but you dont see poeple spamming ships all the way up with non fodder ships most probably first and 2nd stack is fodder.
