Fed Challege 1:
15 consecutive wins for paid, 10 consecutive wins for non-paid
all battles should be above 100k pr..
prize: 1 month paid RT

Fed Challenge 2:
first empire to make 10 wins over 10 million pr or 20 wins over 2million pr or 80 wins at any pr..
doesnt have to be consecutive wins..contests runs till somebody wins..
over 2 mill and 10 mill pr battles means the enemy empire has to be at 2 mill or 10 mill..counters below these pr dont count.
the prize:
10 Regalos.. up to 15 if the no artifact fizzles.
