I play quite a few online games and the way this game is ran could be improved by doing the following.
1st When you register for this game your forced to review the game rules and read the terran tutorial
2) Disable active chat its 2007 everyone has MSn or some other online messenger . No chat than no chat violations. All questions should be posted in help center and answered by guides that are willing to help. There should be no punitive powers given to guides.
3) Admin should be unkown . Non IRC social-lite but willing to help every and all via help center anonomously. Also Admin should be an unkown player and float from fed to fed listening quietly to game problems and improving them.
4) A script should be made to limit amount of post in forum to 3 a day and number of threads created per day per empire to #1.
5) Also there should be a guide point and evaluation system. Thus the best guides get promoted to mod or admin based on scores and performance when positions are open
6) increase security of personal information . I don`t think non-paid staff should have acess to CC info or who is buying paids and for whom? Even the number of paid staff privy to this info should be minimized |

8) Banninate MrPOTAToHEAD from game. Or maybe just give him a proper GC education (i.e. Pointless making suggestions about game changes).

2) disable the chat or forum (since u r talking to rules) is just a bad move. most of the feedback come from these 2 ways. i bet no admins want to get ton of PM in thier inbox or even u.
3) it will be crazy. admin float from fed to fed. we will still know who always changing fed, and we will know he/she is admin. so, no point to change the admin to anonomous on the GA list too.
4) bad idea, u r trying to limit the usage of forum. of course, i know u r try to stop ppl abuse the forum.
5) that`s a bad thing. guide should be judged by thier behavior. points or evalutaion system are suk, espeically judge by players. it easy to get abuse just like blackmail.
6) well, u should know there r only a few paid staffs arround, u might not be able to get 1 when u need them. also, ONLY some non-paid staff can access it. so, i dont think there r much problem here. |

It takes no stratagy. no tactics. no braines Complete b.s.
Shows how unbalanced this game is with such few turns used on a spam while many used on a stack.
the Restart option needs to be chanegd to for the remaining of attack counters or for the 24 hrs dp or for 48 hours. |

99+ day(s) ago | I think those are good ideas actually... though like Bren says, 3 posts isnt nearly enough. What if you are having a convo with someone on the forum? I actually don`t think you should put a cap on the number of posts.... maybe limit threads to 5 =P
btw if we limited threads to one you would get suspended XD |

99+ day(s) ago | What the... I think you have the wrong game. No offense, but you clearly haven`t been here very long. The chat and forums are the heart and soul of this game. Cut them out and this game will die within 2 months.
BTW, not everyone has MSN. In fact at least half of the people here play at work or school, many of which block or disable IM programs. Next time think before you speak. |
