Why are my loyalty numbers going down??? I keep rewarding the population but the numbers just go down again! |

Check your food reserves on your empire`s status bar. And your empire events.
If you are out of food, it will say "0" in the allocated spot in the status bar. And the empire events will show you any malicious artifact usage, and I beleive being punished as well. |
