I was a bit bored researching so checked out how many battles the top 6 feds have done up to now. It doesn't say much I know, just did it for fun =)
I just write in the order of how they are ranked on the real list

1) Player activity
2) Fed leadership
3) Loyalty
4) Experience
(though experience is helpful, it is not necassary if you have enough active leadership; skill and\or experience are not that important, as long as they are active and follow directions well) |
