ok, before i get flamed, this idea im about to propose is just that, an idea, to be played around with and toyed with at leisure, i think it could work out at one time, but anyways:
What if there was a planet market XD
are you a viral with a nice u class? why kill it, when you can sell it!
wanna restart, but dont have the heart to destroy your 120k land c3? sell it!
now obviously there would be kinks that would need worked out, it would be a fairly large addition if anything of the sort would come about, like there would probably have to be a set formula to calc the price of each colony so that you could sell cheap to newbies and such
and of course there would be an issue with people buying borders and such
but i think overall, if people put in input and helped work it out it would be a cool addition.....for the far future XD |

99+ day(s) ago | Idea... you could buy planets... but the more planets you had the more it would cost you and the more the seller would get too. The system would calculate a price based on.... whatever.... and how much it was bought for would depend on the buyer.
Thought: that could easily be abused... simply plunder some planets to get cheaper, better ones easily. Perhaps base the price on the buyer`s all time maximum planet count, or the average between that and their current planet count. |

i dont see how this is any different, its agianst the rules to transfer planets to another empire, but to post them on an open market where they can be bought shouldnt be considered a transfer =/ |
