yes, i knew someone gonna yell: `Terran is already balance.` but, what`s the point for all the races get improvement but left Terran behide.
anyway, i just making a few suggestions, all of them might not be able to implement at all. no flame, no offensive, just my idea and your idea if u wish to point out something.
1. economy mod. Commerical is +0%, Argiculture is +20% for now. increase 20% to Com mod, decrease 10% on Argi mod.
reason: encourage Terran go to Commerical, leave the Argiculture to Collective. on other hand, it also encourage ppl play Collective with a better economy base.
2. increase 20% ships hull of P class. reduce 10% upkeep on all Terran ships (also for Miner) which were Cruiser class units or below.
reason: P class is too easy to die when ppl spam. less ship upkeep can encourage the stacking too.
3. re-construct of T.Empereur
reason: just a minor improve to make it worth to use.

recuding upkeep can encourage ppl stack more with ships which were Cruiser class or smaller below the 5mil pr.
isnt that suk if u got a long list of ships to use but what u always saw that ppl use only 4 - 5 ships?
aslo for the economy mod, i really hope that it can be implemented, it will help Collective the most.

Omegian 99+ day(s) ago | not really, aminer still weak up even there to spams, sure you might not lose totally or lose 1-2 planets, but no matter how you stack up there, the more willing your going to get spammed by a larger top 1-3 stacks from the opponent. I mean try and post and prove me wrong, but so far i have seen only that up there heh. |
jackme 99+ day(s) ago | well, it does take quite a bit to stack up to 30-40 mil. aminer can have a fairly decent fleet at 40 mil pr with only about 3300 turns or less depending on what you use though. |
Omegian 99+ day(s) ago | The other problem is people wont build 5k cruisers and destroyers unless they are on RT with the infinite turns to do that, heck i maybe do 2-3 mil of pr of destroyers and cruisers to stack, but over 10 mil pr its either a spam that i get with or a 2-3 stack balance spam. Its just not worth to stack up there and just get spammed. That and some of us dont have the time to build that many ships in the alotted time.
Its better to just play lower in the prs. Sure 5 mil pr might be low to many and i dont dare go above that but rarely. So point out that i play in the newbie prs of lower than 5 mil pr, but i dont want to play high and not build tons of destroyers that just cost so many turns. |

species382 99+ day(s) ago | The phenomenon, that at higher pr, mostly Hercs , Nirv Tyr ect appear is on turn based servers NOT a matter of money, but of build rate. As long as destroyer and cruiser have >>20k pr build rate, you can only build a fleet of approx 1mil pr with your turns, since you still need several turns to attack/rearrange/defend as long as you are out of dp.
Therefore it is not so surprising, that larger fleets mostly entirely rely on high-build rate ships. Upkeep is in this sence rather unimportant. For rt, the argument is slightly different but also there, high build rate is often crucial. |

so, someone mentioned he is a `good stacker` who can beat most of the races. yes, i knew that too. tell me, how high pr u fighting at? 800k? 1mil? 2mil? 5mil? those were just a mid-high pr for me, not even a high pr.
what i mention on the stacking is main for high to extreme high pr. Terran n Miner got a long list of ships to use. but, what we had on high pr? Hercules, Nirvana, Tyr spam? Flysch, Lyth, Lictor spam? lowering the Terran + Miner ships upkeep which were Cruiser or smaller ships can encourage stacking more
Tyr was overpowered? in fact, Tyr is easy to get killed, i seldom face problem on Tyr but Hercules. also, for T.Empereur, it is just a suggestion. i dont think it will implement too. just like what u said, someone think that we should keep a junk for Terran :(
AND, give me a break, i saw some player show me how OLD n how PRO r they in Terran. DONT show ur PRO Terran empire to me. i have no intrest on that at all. |
