Ishamael 99+ day(s) ago | current hammerhead is not fine in any fashion. its a peice of garbage. i suggest giving it the first suggested upgrade and 7 range and it would be a pretty solid ship for marauders. they need something and i think where you`re going with the D class suggestions is a pretty good approach, though the bullhead still looks crumby :P |

Tell me where you`d use it in a stack? (lets say balanced 10 -- you will never ever ever spam with hammerhead lol)
top stacks -- dies immediately due to pathetic range/hull
middle - lower stacks -- any decent neutral would be better (e.g. F, C class, or strafez)

Baley 99+ day(s) ago | Hmm, got to say that with those very low ratios and low range, the Hammerhead is mostly useless, unless you know for sure that some purely missile ships will be there. And in most cases you`d better put strafez, at least they may not die from everything else. |

Focus on changing the useless Bullhead cruiser. Making it more like a destroyer would be great. |

3 decent ships with good build rate would be nice (currently just pyth angel as you know)
Hmm ... I agree +90% is too much for Hammerhead (as you said immune to thor/zeus)
A lift to range 7 would be great though from Suggestion 1!

Baley 99+ day(s) ago | I don`t think marauders need another 9 range destroyer... and actually, that version of the Hammerhead would make it a very pike-like ship (with a +90% shield, which would make it mostly immune to a lot of other long range ships).
The version 1 however would be far from beeing useless in my opinion : this would make it a good ship for middle / bottom line.That`s the kind of ships that I think can encourage stacking instead of spam.
I don`t really understand in which situation your version of the Bullhead would be used, except for building a powerful third stack below the pyth and angels before countering from very high PR. It`s not a bad ship in itself, but I`m not sure it could be included in marauder fleets easily. Personally I think I`d give it less weapon, more hull and a shorter range, so it would become a kind of fodder ship with interesting shields. |

several missions based around theme of getting Dark Maru ships. You start off having researched terrible-D class as they are (including a weak D angel). Once you do certain missions, your D class get upgraded to hopefully good stuff!
How`s about that? If it`s at all feasible to make missions, I`d happily come up with a set of missions (1st Act at least) |

Marauders are definitely the least played race... they need some buffs. And some good, unique ships. I mean, play a viral and you already got angel, pyth, and probably pike or tiger. That`s pretty much the marauder`s main arsenal right there.
Make more good ships. Or at least, unique playing style ships. |
