Have everyone resart with an I tech project (so they reallocate research) and give each 5 Pcc`s. Than they can start the reverse engineer process from scrath and choose he actuall ships they want. |

(an alternative which could work, would be to start a `new` rt (jeezs am I really sugesting something for rt? I feel a bit ill......). but let me continue... a `new` rt, with all the same rules as the current rt, but everybody starts as terran with 1 planet...... so fair chances for all :P) |

If you wiped my shiplist back to neutrals and V class, I would surely die. My base power is like 1mil or somthing... Or we get to keep our fleets so we can just R.E. whats in them after the shiplist has been wiped... |

99+ day(s) ago | Not ever viral can do that, some have base prs over 1 mil ... thus quite hard if many empires can even build the ships as a top stack, for example, gl for me getting pikes from a maru. Its better for just admins to handle it in my oppinion. |
