H man Oh War already being rebalanced so i dont want none mentioning its old shielding as ill just ignore them for not reading this little part of my post :)

99+ day(s) ago | yeah I played terran for a ling time and they pretty much have great ships already and now that virals are nurfed..they just got more leverage against this race cause as a terran..its great to attack in agreesive mode against virals..in reference with terrans against other races..well we will find out.. |

99+ day(s) ago | hmmm..this means i have to RE the long ranged ships I have and get myself tyrs instead of the thors and start attacking in careful. Start spmming Hercs and c.aries like most of em virals.

99+ day(s) ago | the mods arnt reli the problem its the scanner rating it makes the ships pr to high meaning that its hull and weopons are just to low for the pr of the ship
trying to compensate for this with mods wnt work
miners are ment to be a defencive race rite?
as a sugestion purly how about making the lictor an exremrly high hulled ship with a medium amount of energy fire with a mix of mods for example like the herc make 2 of its mods reli high like 80 and 90%
leave one blank or fair low like 10% and then have 1 -40%.
the main problem is tho quite simply that the ships dosnt have enough weopons or hull to match the level of its pr |

overal dosnt matter although lictor is no longer as poor as it used to be its still pretty dam poor........ was using it on sim still sucks to most shipsXD the problem is its a high pr ship and there are barley any high pr ships that use alot of energy and that are weak to energy at the same time |
