99+ day(s) ago | The only way to answer this question is on an individual basis as it depends what you want from the console yourself.
If you are looking at the most realistic console gaming currently available(e.g graphics) you are obviously looking at the 360 of PS30
If you are looking for single player games and graphics isnt your top consideration it really depends what you are into so could be any.
If you are a looking for a multiplayer console to play with friends and family then you are undoubtable going to want the wii. With wii sports anyone can pick up the control and play and generally you can have a lot of fun with everyone. |

XBox 360 is a year on the market already so has more games and a powerful system. the biggest downfall is it`s a microsoft system
PS3 is a powerful system with more then a few anticipated titles (FF13 {bringing back the gunblade as a weapon}, Tekken 6, Resident evil 5, etc.
PS3 will make a large price drop like the PS2 did after about a year and a half the PS2 dropped about $200 in price. so by summer 2008 we`ll be looking at a $300-$400 PS3 and by that time there`ll be enough software to make it the king of the consoles once again |

The exception is between the Ps3 and x360 is the games that u want to play and the games you play.
Halo3 is da sht coming out for x360. + Gears of war and stuff are awsome too.
Ps3 has games like FF12 devil maycry i believe and more cool stuff. +ps3 gives better performance. |

99+ day(s) ago | Colin, that`s what i thought as well until someone on here, forget who... told me they beat the game in 1 or 2 days, lol... doesn`t sound too epic to me, but it looked good... i will hold my formal opinion on that game until i actually play it like i have Halo. |

99+ day(s) ago | PS3 most definately, it has most of X-box`s games and all I care about (don`t even pull the halo crud on me because i could really care less about it) and Nintendo continues to make games for GameCube and the only difference is a small graphics difference and the motion stuff which is a pain in the butt if you play for more than a half hour. I would never buy X-Box (totally agree with canna on halo) and only but the Wii if they made a zelda game for it and not gamecube. |

99+ day(s) ago | Well i am one of the few to get my hands on a PS3 here in the good ol` US of A... so you know where my allegiance lies... the price is a bargain if you really stop and think about the fact that the PS3 has the potential to integrate into every part of your entertainment system, it`s not just a gaming console... i mean c`mon it comes w/ a build it blu-ray player which incidentally you won`t find under $600 if you`re lucky... obviously better graphics and playstation has always had a better game library... as far as the Wii`s controllers... big whoop, lol... the PS3 controllers have six axis motion sensors to help on the games! So PS3 hands down :P
Funny how most of the Xbox supporters can only quote one game... HALO, which isn`t all that great in my opinion... good game yes, but not worth the hype!
PS3 rules... live w/ it... plus it makes babies cry... how much more awesome can you get? |

99+ day(s) ago | It will take up to a year before PS3 games come out that actually utilize the full capability of the system. I`m not saying that there aren`t games like that out now, but it will take some time for the majority of games to come to that level.
Xbox 360 on the other hand has been out for quite some time, and thus its games are taking full advantage of the system`s capabilities.
Yes graphics wise the PS3 is the superior system, but it also has the high price tag as well.
The Wii has the advantage of being the cheapest system out of the three, and thus will garner its fair market share. The Wii`s controller is its selling point, as it allows for user input that the other two systems do not.
In the end, I prefer the Xbox 360 over the other two systems. When all is said and done I think that the Xbox 360 will outsell the PS3 and Wii.
