recently there has been an increase in small time cap abuse and a silly + false rumour about digging
so ill be taking the time to let you all know that this does lead to punishments such as:
suspension
turn suspension
removal of all artifacts
stronger depending upon how badly it is abused.
looking for stc is very easy for us to do , so i strongly suggest yall dont go abusing this feature.
the rules are simple
1 small time cap vote a day
so theres no excuse now for anyone abusing this feature.
recently there has also been this really really doltage idea that spawned from no idea where that reloging all the time somehow improves your digging chances, this rumour is false and will from now on result in your suspension if caught, because frankly its silly and i dont believe any of you who think it does , be you honestly do, due to this silly rumour or your using it as an excuse for some new bot or w/e , its false , its messy , it looks like a bot.
i hope this does kill the rumour or alot of the innocent players will be mistaken.

99+ day(s) ago | oh btw... since the core subject of relogins is a rumour and so called silly... with due respect to the GMAs... sometime in life some of us do things that others will consider it silly and unthinkable... the point related here in SFGC, IF it`s not related to any bot usage and there will be no harm done to the server/s why it`s consider unacceptable to relogins many times in a day whether it`s an interval or randomly?
some of us might think it`s giving better chances, probably they`re right, probably they`re wrong... but does that harm the servers in anyway OR it`s just raise the suspicious level of any GMAs and make them work extra time to figure it out whether it`s a bot or not?
it`s the same... hey... i believe in this God and such religion... it gives me this and that... then came another person who does believe everything it`s purely scientifically explainable only... why should one dictates another on upon whatever they believe when both of it`s won`t harm anything when co-exist together?
so back to the root of it... why can`t Stephen just implement a decent and credible anti-bot function in SFGC b4 he`s going to do any update in the future... seriously, i have great respect for the GMAs manning the law in SFGC... isn`t it better IF they can have less burden when it comes to catch botters? at least they won`t use a "net" to catch... coz with a "net", even the innocent players will be victimized...
seriously, some of us are being trying to stay and support the SFGC which is getting downhill day by day lately... but when we find ways to fill up our imagination and improvised so we can have the reason to log in at all to SFGC, it`s becoming too much hassle even when we follow the rules...
Stephen neglects SFGC for a very long time already... we don`t need anyone to kill it faster... some of us still believe in this game... please don`t make it harder for us to stay on... :( |

IF i have the choice, i still prefer to use the relogins on certain time when i can`t be around the pc constantly... coz in 2 to 3 mins, anything can happen... and i can`t reach the pc in time to click the turns OR even answer the most important PM frm the GMAs... the auto log-off too is too long incase the most important PMs will go in... you can just receive important call/s during those 2 -10 mins and you can`t answer any PM... stomachache? ditto... the longer it will take to reach the pc if you`re in the loo... and the rest of explanation can be given here but when you don`t answer the PM/s in time... none of the GMAs can see what`s happening frm the other side of the world...
infact, if you`re playing the other servers, you can put the exact time with your alarm clock at what time you want to log in and maximize the turns usage... especially with Ultra server... 100 turns x 2 mins equal to 200 mins OR 3 hours and 20 mins... so IF anyone feels like setting the countdown timer at 3 hours interval, is he or she using a bot? so i guess it`s the same arguement here with RT... you CAN`T blame solely on bot usage when someone relogin at proper interval time... human sometime can be much better than a bot if you just give them the right tools especially with time...
so i`ve stated my point of view but since it`s stated it`s not longer acceptable... who am i to argue again eh?

first of all, SFGC (especially RT) is seriously lacking an anti-bot program that`s credible enough to protect the innocent players... why innocent players?
- IF you stay extra long enough, you`re suspiciously using a bot...
- IF you`re relogins many time, you`re suspiciuosly using a bot too...
- IF you can do your work on a laptop or reading while clicking blindy (hoping to hit the moving digging button), you`re suspiciouly using a bot...
- IF you`re leaving the chat page refresh every 15 or 30 seconds while going to the loo, cooking, eating, bathing, etc. and didn`t answer the PM/s in the next 5 mins, you`re suspiciously using a bot
- any anomaly that`s not related to bots usage too, you`re suspiciously using a bot...
- (you can add the rest here)
and due to this, it seems the GMAs are having an obession to catch botters extra time... hey we can`t blame them, it`s probably Stephen`s fault not to install a credible anti-bot system/s...
i don`t feel like to make it much longer but to make it simpler what i`m trying to say...
for non-paid acc previously it was 20 max turns... 20 turns x 8 seconds equal to 2 mins and 40 seconds... you just need a good stopwatch or some handphones with countdown timer function and set it to 2 mins interval... why 2 mins and not 3 mins? coz you will waste 2 turns... the extra 16 seconds...
and nowadays, since the max turns is 30 for non-paid and 45 for paid... you all can do the calculation what`s the best interval...
frm my point of view, at least relogins will show it`s more to human action than a bot, it takes just a PM frm the GMAs to verify it... but since i`m not a programmer, they say it can be done with a bot too... who am i to argue eh?

I have to logout and in whenever i get attacked which is quite often lol. For some reason since i have started using firefox my pr doesn`t get updated on my screen, gets really annoying. It will say i am at 10 mil pr but actually i could be at three. Anyways thats my addition to this convo. |

yes admin do have the power to controll if you can ever log in again at all or not , and no we wont lay off on these two things any longer , hence why this post has been made.
i understand you all have nothing better to do than argue with staff , but if you dont do either of these it has nothing to do with you aslong as you take note to them

1. im not going to teach you how to abuse this feature
2. im not going to teach you how bots work
3. i havent banned you fron logging into your acount , but nobody needs to log into there acount once a minute perfectly for 6 hours now you know the rumour is false and staff will be suspending those who do so ( times are example )
4. logging in has no affect on digging , you can assume this for anything , hell i could say every time i do a hand stand then click dig i get nicer chances for rare and less chances of evil spores atacking me , this is a false rumor and wont work as an excuse in future , simple as , no arguing over it , end of story , goodbye ?

1. I thought it doesn`t allow you to record your vote more then once a day from a pc, i presume you mean sending your voting link to others?
2. The digging, why would a bot relogin every 5 minutes? don`t bots just go click click click clik?
3. What`s wrong with reloging in if 2 isn`t answered
4. No one knows the arti excavation formula apart from stephen, you admins said it to me yourself, in fact it could be that every arti you find when you`re logged in decreases chances of next one by -1% during rare time, so infact since no one can prove that its actually smart to assume these things, just like you can`t say if a 3 land spaz or a 2 land gas is better :P so if it isn`t a glitch whats wrong? |
