I`ve been wondering for ages how some people have 1000 planets and a 3mil pr fleet but if that is`n`y bad enough howcome there are people with no planets therefore no income who can sustain a 3 mil pr fleet .I mean us those with planets don`t stand a chance against 3 mil pr of pure ship power because we have planets adding to our pr there fore not as much fire power thing is though how can they have zero planets in the first place? how do they sustain these massive fleets ? and why do they want when they are just draining them dry on income? |

99+ day(s) ago | planets and fleet maintainance do not have a corolation for me. If I have the money, I will build to 3 mil if I feel like it. I will stay there for a week if I feel like it. I will probably have less than 10 planets. Planets mean nothing. |

99+ day(s) ago | When I have full pop, I have something like 1.5 mill PR, fleetless, with 39 planets on ultra... planets do not always directly convert into PR, lol. I also know of a guard (though he just died) on RT that had 62k land in 250 planets versus my 120k land in 39 planets... lol. |

easy, to support ur fleet upkeep, income per turn is important. OR u can use market to make credit to support the fleet.

this only apply when u r tax-based. in fact, base pr wont affect much. let`s say defender has 10 planets less than u. it is just 10k - 14k pr less than urs. with the 10k - 14k pr, u can just get only 8 - 10 C.Taurus or something similiar, not really a big deal.

lmao, it might just the base pr which build up most of his 3 mil pr. u shouldnt feel scary on him since there r not much fleet which u expected :P |

thats why you use the 30% bonus or you fight at higher prs where your base pr is like 1% of the total XD |
