you need to experience life in a fed for awhile before starting your own go thru a war or two, experience the thrill of victory and the agony of getting your arss kicked beyond rercognition. know what its like to rape a nice cluster off someone as well as have one of your own taken.
experience these things before taking on the role of a leader and teacher becuase you will have ups and downs and days where you dont want the responsablity and your tired of being a leader. learn these things and make friends with other players who have already been down this road 10 times before you even heard of this game and you will do fine.
