Literally as I type this Arab news sources have reported through CNN that Saddam Hussein has been executed. This is just before 10:00 P.M US Eastern Time and 6:00 A.M. in Iraq. I repeat Saddam Hussein is dead. |

99+ day(s) ago | Well I do not like Bush or Saddam when he ruled. If the US-short term rule of Iraq's money, had been spend on what it should have been. The people of Iraq might have been thankful, for getting rid of Saddam. But the money was just handed over to a bunch of gready people that wanted profit and did not care if they made what they promissed.
They used up 100.000.000.000 $ in a year and close to none of that have helped the population to a better life, so can't really blame the people for there hate.
People should really be more helpful and understanding towards each other :-) |

99+ day(s) ago | well under most definitions if you have a normal democratic governemnt giving fair rights to everyone (or as fair as fair gets) and people start blowing people up and trying to take control of the government i would call them terrorists, now with governments jailing innocent people and gassing there own towns if someone was fighting them I`d call them a freedom fighter so I don`t know where these freaky definitions that those are 1 in the same are coming from..... |

Is it worse to attack/tortur terrorists in your own country (the term used my Saddam on some people in Northern Iraq) than Terrorists in other countries (the term used by Bush about Saddam). Your terrorist can be my fighter of freedom and the other way. Bush is ordering terrible things against prisoners and those he calles terrorists, so what is making his hands so much cleaner than Saddams? Should we execute all leaders in all countries we dont like because they have given orders to do terrible things? Sure, Saddam controlled too much oil - so sure, he should be executed, we all agrees on that :P |

Bush got more innocent lifes on his hands than Saddam, and still its decided that Saddam is the evil dictator and have to be executed as he has the responsibility for lots of killing. Funny how the history always is written by the strongest and often most dirty hands around....
