Perhaps stephen should fix things so that when you go into VM your planet count is not counted towards overall fed planet count until your VM ends.
I think it would be pretty funny to see how far some of the feds drop in ranking, lol.
Now, time to see how many VM abusers and feds that rely on VM abusers disagree with this.
