This may sound strange but has anyone ever wondered why there is no artifact that increases loyalty instead of decreasing it? While most people don`t have enough artifacts piled up to do this, a determined vet with a large stockpile could literally Arti-spam a guardian to death by using traciones to reduce the loyalty on their planets to 0. Since Guards are not able to increase loyaly (except through mission), the unsuspecting victim would be forced to either plunder his best planets or play with a severly crippled empire. |
