had a few reports of this not working when in np, this mostly refers to GC.Rt as this is where more people are in Damage Protection.
this is why
it does this if no one is in your attack range
Example
if you are under 5000 pr
your attack range above is up to around 6,000-12,000 pr at a guess
which means that if there aren`t any out of damage protection in those ranges then it will give you nothing listed here.
now there is a way to bypass this
log into a different speed should you have a game there that sits at a higher pr, filter it there on a tab or a browser you use
when rankings there is visible for you then right click on the log out and choose open in new window, when that window opens log into RT again there (or whichever speed you are on) then press Alt + tab until you see the window with rankings on it and hit refresh or f5
this will solve your issue, you`ll now be able to see the ranks near you.
