but only for the people who are paying players. make it so that if you have a paid account you can make your research levels go to 255 per infrastructure, and if your account isnt active as paid you cant continue researching (if you are over a total of 255 levels)

Max Infra Empirs are pretty rare especially on Rt where ppl start alot, and these older empires are VERY well established, massive planets and income
I agree with Sukhoi the rich would get richer, might give them something to play for again though |
