This continues over and over again just sometimes the top ranks are held longer than others |

Top ranks are very volitile and Distemper right now is suffering from all the counters they gave out during founders UW
Other major factors are
The rise of MIK and the Marines which have been an enourmous help and have even the odds considerablly.
And Rabies leaving the darkside. Although they don`t fight allot at high power they did often prevent empires from building up high enough to effectively chase CC and distemper members. |
