What do peole think about ranking systems in federations. The federation I`m in is putting a ranking system. |

99+ day(s) ago | in my fed there are about 40 medals you can get, ranging from getting level 25 infrastructure to being top in the pr ranking on the server. Fair enoguh my fed is only small at the moment, 7 members, but it does help to encourage those who are newer and gives them a lot to aim for, if you want to see it look at my fed website

99+ day(s) ago | My fed has a ranking system and altho i have been extremely lazy and haven`t updated the player stats for quite sometime I find that it is rather beneficial. .
1. It motivates newer players
2. It gives players a goal to work towards
3. It is especially useful for fed leaders to see exactly what your members are doing ( or not doing ) .
All of this of course depends on your ranking system you need a good one with lots of different ways to gain in the ranks to accomodate different playing styles . Here is the one i made up for BlackStaff please feel free to use it

Might motivate people who are doing good for a short while but when they get passed or just fall down on the ranking by themselves they will feel bad and not motivated anymore, think a fed looses on a ranking system. |
