I feel the server needs atleast 4 total server wide refreshes to compensate for some recent bugs and to kill some of the stock piles some empires now have.
So besides getting being put in the hall of fame and being able to play any race. I will personally buy the empire that sets it off a 1 year paid account.
I don`t care how you set it off. You can even do an exploration UW if you want (BTW don`t pm me asking what that is, ask a guide or something ) Only one condition you can`t be in "any" fed when you set it off. However, i might be willing to make exceptions on a case to case basis depending on the fed.
