  The Kreve  

The Kreve is an extraterrestrial humanoid race who have created a vast empire in the borders of the Orion Star System and have, on certain occasions, trafficked with the collective. The Ancient Kreve race began on the planet Raja in the Orion Star System long before the first Aspha Miners or Collectives appeared. The original Kreve had blue-colored skin (later generations interbred with genetically-compatible Terrans to produce the pink-skinned second race). Outwardly humanoid to a large degree, Kreve bodies are adapted to environmental characteristics on Raja , which has notably, higher gravity and higher nitrogen content in the atmosphere. Although the Kreve cannot breathe without special apparatus, their denser bodies afford them about twice the average being's strength and endurance. Despite their physical superiority and relatively advanced technology, the Kreve race has reached the pinnacle of their evolutionary development. For a millineum the kreve has chosen not to expand there civilization beyond Raja and a few colonies on the outer systems ; However, after news of a great weapon of the Kalzul weapon of mass destruction reached the inhabitants of Raja a mass hysteria and fear reached the poulace. Militiant leaders took advantage of the situation and overthrew the high council . This set into motion a series of events which lead the once peacefull civilization to adapt a pre-emptive defense policy. Peace through war is now their moto and only through galactic dominance can one truelly obatain peace has become the core philiosophy of the Kreve.
Special ability
Increased build rates . Kreve have no unique ships of their own but can build 400% more neutral ships per turn than any other race.

I think that this is not a good idea, because the Kreve will become just like the Virals. Instead of building ships, players are just going to stay under 5000pr and lob artifacts at each other... not fun...

it would be chaos with all the artis so yes its boring right now if we had a new race it would stop people asking for one

i like the idea byut i dont think it would b very practical, imagain half the server sittin at -500 turns from mass histarias and everyone just lobbing artis at each other lol

woah nice ^^ though to my sleepy knowledge there no missile neutra ships O_o that`ll be hard, but a kickbut idea, though hopefully if they could mineral plunder that`ll be the race i dreamed of here, well if theres a neutral missile ship i`ll get a paid instantly

i LOVE all this talk of new races :) makes me excited to see a new one...

then i realize that we prolly wont get a new race or rebalancing for a while :(

oh well, i love these ideas guys!

This is cool ^_^ an Arty Race very very interesting ^_^ Thumbs Up !

*However i think it should be made non paid yup not very powerful i would guess
