I love this topic cos GC sure need a new Race!
For now i name them "DarkGuardian"
The True Guardian of the encient, develop by encient race to guard they Relic and artifact. The encient put them in hibernation only to wake up when the encient homeworld is disturb. Million years later, long after their master gone to the outer reachest of the galaxy. The DarkGuardian wakes up when the Guardian we know today, took an artifact from their planet. The DarkGuardian soon realise their master is not there anymore and began to make their own goverment, slowly growing to replace their master to rule or guide the new race.

Theres been tons of theses IDeas come up and some were 10x better then this because for one, at least Google "Ancient". Guess what. None of them ever happened and wll never happen. the update hasnt even happened.

To be honest, this idea sucks, it would just be a slight variation of other races and would have pretty much no unique characteristics or abilities... please if you propose a race, at least make it plausable... |
