I am here to provide activity and incentive for everyone to win some nice colonies. I free-range, so I will attack you, especially if you are not online ;)
Some ground rules, I will not allow hits on me from above +129%, so do not think you can wipe me with a counter and expect to keep your rewards. And to be fair, I will not counter you from higher than that either.
I will range to different powers when I am inviting attacks. So those players in those ranges can feel free. This is to allow all players at all empire stages to potentially earn rewards without killing themselves.
Lastly, if any empire does not wish to participate, PM me or Teaspoon and I will not attack you, and you may not attack me.
Please limit PMs to only that and not asking me to come to whatever power level. Thank you.

A counter is a counter, can be used from any power.
Players will be struggle to take advantage of high power counters due to KalZul becoming mainly retaliatory. (Few counters given out).
KalZul will actively seek to redistribute NPCs and player`s positions/powers if they`ve appeared to have remained static for too long (6+ hours for NPC, 12+ for players) by attacking.
The KalZul will remain within an accessible power range - at most 3x the power of the number 1 ranked player.
KalZul will change power when hit if online.
KalZul will change power 2 minutes after logging on (to give anyone building a chance to hit).
KalZul will continue to allow opting out of `active gameplay`.
Anyone opting out, who then hits without opting back in via post or PM, cannot opt back out.

Changes:
I can counter from any power, but will stay within 2 or 3x
You can counter from 2x
I will change pr after a hit if online. Or as soon as I log.
I will not attack first, only counter -- per the staff
I will continue to hit NPCs.
I will continue to withhold attacks/counters on non participants. |

Bit weird rule too when you state after that you won`t attack first anymore :)
Just out of curiosity... is what`s up for the grabs permanent? As in when u lose 1, the next will be the 1 you can win? And if you lose 1, will you update what will be next to win? |

Just so those building to hit it can plan for these things. |
