it already activate for 6 times (if i m not mistaken) with 4 times of sucess n 2 times of failed.
yet at the mid-late 2005, KalZul had stop using UW to pawn us because of some empire sucess activate UW. BUT, it turns into a minerals producer n also some free boader supplier. |
