99+ day(s) ago | Obesity has nothing to do with the manner in which you eat. It has to do with the amount and quality of food you eat. The US has an ABUNDANCE of fast food chains and such an ample food market that we can afford to indulge. With such a high quality of life and distractions like computers/video games/tv they become lazy and spend more time eating and less time being physically active. THAT is why the US has as many fat people as it does. |
