99+ day(s) ago | Ren, TB may have become that way since activity is low and you can sit out of dp for a very long time and have turns to dig, but it certainly wasn`t like that earlier. True, by now you have a lot of old explorable empires there, I guess thats too be expected though with 3000 day old empires, but its not infested with them the same way rt is because of gordos.
Imo rt is a big spam fest because of all the guards which kind of forces one to spam caps to keep up when climbing. If you go for good fights and nice wins then by all means, build balanced fleets, but that wont win you the server.
I dont think Stephen expected anyone to ever build a stash of 255 BTC on any turnbased sever. Imagine what would happen if we set the limit at 10..lol...
tl;dr TB is more difficult...it used to be anyway. |

99+ day(s) ago | I very much disagree with Sibirian. TB is about empire age, and amount of time spent digging for BTC`s, nothing more. There`s absolutely no skill involved.
RT is a server where a 30 day old empire can match the 3000 day old empires, and all that matters is who builds the better fleet and predicts their opponents more. Yes, activity plays a part, but it allows for a much more even server. |
