99+ day(s) ago | it enables you to fuse artifacts into diffrent artifacts (usealy 5 commen--->uncommen--->rare---->unique and then it gets a lil mesy
anyway when you cant pay it dont get it it aint worth saving for and eventualy you will find you have the money anyway |
